Neighborhood Committees
ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE
The Board sits as the Architectural Review Committee and reviews plans for remodeling, alterations, new construction, fences, pool houses, new roofs, new exterior paint color, solar panetls etc. If you are thinking of adding or changing please submit your plans to the Architectural Review Committee.The committee adheres to the Declaration of Covenants and Neighborhood Conditions and Restrictions. The Committee will respond in a timely manner to requests for approval of plans.

COMMUNITY SPACES COMMITTEE
Monitors the functionality of the entry gates. Ensures the presentation of neighborhood entries, oversees the maintenance of roadways and manicuring of common areas to Moore Pond standards. The Board carries out the functions of the Community Spaces Committee
LAKE COMMITTEE
Reviews the water quality, fish population and lake ecology and respectfully enforces covenants.

WEB SITE COMMITTEE
Builds a sense of community into the Moore Pond neighborhood by maintaining a web site that welcomes new residents and provides helpful information about Moore Pond.
